- 1200 g water
- 2 g ground black pepper
- 0 g allspice
- 80 g broth paste - CVR
- 0 g bay leaf
- 300 g sauerkraut
- 3 g marjoram
- 4 g dried mushrooms
- 200 g Onion, raw
- 5 g sugar
- 140 g Carrot
- 300 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
- 70 g Oil, rapeseed
- 300 g Potato, long stored
Method of cooking:
