  • 3 g marjoram
  • 4 g dried mushrooms
  • 200 g Onion, raw
  • 5 g sugar
  • 140 g Carrot
  • 300 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
  • 70 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 300 g Potato, long stored

Method of cooking:
