Ingredients:
- 10 g hot chili pepper
- 100 g shallots
- 500 g oyster mushrooms
- 200 g cream 30 %
- 12 g garlic
- 40 g Cheese, Parmezan
- 70 g Oil, olive
- 75 g Semi-dry white wine
Method of cooking:
- Peel the shallot, cut it into quarters and move into the bowl. Add peeled garlic and optionally pepper, cut into smaller pieces. Grind for 10 seconds at speed 10. Open the bowl and scrape the bowl's sides with the spatula.
