Ingredients:
- 375 g wheat flour
- 1 g cardamom
- 2 g ground cinnamom
- 280 g sugar
- 1500 g Apple
- 1 g salt
- 300 g butter
- 5 g chicken eggs, yolk
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid and weigh out 1500 g of peeled apples with the seeds hollowed out, cut into eighths and then each piece in half. Set the bowl aside. Place a bowl on the lid and weigh out 50 g of butter. Set the bowl aside. Place another bowl on the lid and weigh out 160 g of sugar.
