Ingredients:

  • 375 g wheat flour
  • 1 g cardamom
  • 2 g ground cinnamom
  • 280 g sugar
  • 1500 g Apple
  • 1 g salt
  • 300 g butter
  • 5 g chicken eggs, yolk

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid and weigh out 1500 g of peeled apples with the seeds hollowed out, cut into eighths and then each piece in half. Set the bowl aside. Place a bowl on the lid and weigh out 50 g of butter. Set the bowl aside. Place another bowl on the lid and weigh out 160 g of sugar.
