Ingredients:

  • 550 g water
  • 5 g ground black pepper
  • 2 g allspice
  • 60 g broth paste - CVR
  • 1 g bay leaf
  • 150 g sausage
  • 250 g Onion, raw
  • 4 g sugar
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 5 g salt
  • 150 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
  • 1500 g Cabbage, white
  • 50 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 50 g Dill
  • 6 g potato starch

Method of cooking:

  1. Cut the cabbage into smaller pieces of approx. 4-5 cm. Put 1/3 of the chopped cabbage into the bowl. Shred for 8 seconds at speed 10. Then remove the shredded cabbage from the bowl and put it in another pot. Repeat this process three times so that all the cabbage is shredded.
