Ingredients:

  • 1 g bay leaf
  • 900 g red onion
  • 1 g cardamom
  • 100 g balsamic cream
  • 40 g sugar
  • 4 g salt
  • 200 g Wine, red
  • 80 g Oil, rapeseed

Method of cooking:

  1. Peel the onion and cut into smaller pieces.
