  • 1500 g water
  • 3 g ground black pepper
  • 400 g sweet pepper
  • 25 g coriander leaves
  • 150 g red onion
  • 100 g extra virgin oil
  • 200 g bulgur
  • 10 g fresh mint
  • 5 g lemon peel
  • 12 g salt
  • 380 g Cucumber
  • 5 g garlic
  • 4 g salt
  • 75 g lemon juice
  • 250 g tmato
  • 100 g parsley leaves

Method of cooking:

  1. Pour 200 g the bulgur groat into a basket.
