  • 2 g ground black pepper
  • 500 g ricotta cheese
  • 20 g garlic
  • 9 g salt
  • 110 g butter
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 700 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 400 g spinach
  • 70 g Cheese, Parmezan

Method of cooking:

  1. Place the peeled garlic in a bowl. Close the bowl and chop for 10 seconds at 10 rotations. Open the bowl and scrape the garlic from the walls to the bottom of the bowl with a spatula.
