Ingredients:
- 300 g water
- 2 g ground black pepper
- 500 g ricotta cheese
- 20 g garlic
- 9 g salt
- 110 g butter
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 700 g wheat flour, type 550
- 400 g spinach
- 70 g Cheese, Parmezan
Method of cooking:
