Russian dumplings
The name "pierogi ruskie" should not be associated with Russia, where the dish is not popular, but with the area of Eastern Galicia, i.e. Red Ruthenia. It is interesting to note that in Ukraine, these dumplings are sometimes called "Polish".

Ingredients:
- 700 g wheat flour
- 300 g water
- 3 g ground black pepper
- 600 g potatoes
- 500 g dry curd
- 300 g Onion, raw
- 9 g salt
- 30 g butter
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 100 g Oil, rapeseed
Method of cooking:
- Peel the onion, cut into smaller pieces, add to the bowl, close it and chop for 10 seconds at 10 rotations. Open the bowl and scrape the chopped ingredients from the walls to the bottom of the bowl using a spatula.
