We very often throw away radish leaves, but this is an edible and tasty part of the radish that has invaluable health values and can be used in many ways, e.g. to make a delicious pesto.

Ingredients:
- 150 g radish leaves
- 50 g roasted almonds
- 2 g salt
- 20 g lemon juice
- 50 g Cheese, Parmezan
- 120 g Oil, rapeseed
Method of cooking:
- Open the lid. Put the parmesan cheese in the bowl. Close the lid and blend it for 20 seconds at 20 rotations.
