Chocolate Fondant

The fondant cake is unique recipe with its variation of textures. It combines a crunchy chocolate cake, a fluffy chocolate mousse and a liquid chocolate inside. The name comes from the chocolate inner and can also be called lava cake.

Ingredients:

  • 300 g dark chocolate 60 - 70%
  • 260 g sugar
  • 1 g salt
  • 180 g butter
  • 420 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 60 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees with the thermo function. Grease a 20-24 cm round cake tin with a paper laid bottom with butter.
