Chocolate Fondant
The fondant cake is unique recipe with its variation of textures. It combines a crunchy chocolate cake, a fluffy chocolate mousse and a liquid chocolate inside. The name comes from the chocolate inner and can also be called lava cake.

Ingredients:
- 300 g dark chocolate 60 - 70%
- 260 g sugar
- 1 g salt
- 180 g butter
- 420 g chicken eggs, whole
- 60 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Preheat the oven to 225 degrees with the thermo function. Grease a 20-24 cm round cake tin with a paper laid bottom with butter.
