Ingredients:
- 4 g ground black pepper
- 120 g oil or table fat
- 1 g allspice
- 1 g bay leaf
- 150 g vinegar, balsamic
- 2 g oregano
- 1 g cloves
- 8 g sweet paprika
- 300 g Onion, raw
- 200 g sugar
- 15 g garlic
- 300 g Apple
- 15 g salt
- 120 g Oil, olive
- 1600 g tomato passata
Method of cooking:
- Add 300 grams of peeled onion cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
