Ingredients:

  • 4 g ground black pepper
  • 120 g oil or table fat
  • 1 g allspice
  • 1 g bay leaf
  • 150 g vinegar, balsamic
  • 2 g oregano
  • 1 g cloves
  • 8 g sweet paprika
  • 300 g Onion, raw
  • 200 g sugar
  • 15 g garlic
  • 300 g Apple
  • 15 g salt
  • 120 g Oil, olive
  • 1600 g tomato passata

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 300 grams of peeled onion cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
