Kapustnica or Slovakian cabbage soup, whose secret is a solid portion of previously salted and smoked pork, preferably on the bone.

Ingredients:
- 1250 g water
- 3 g ground black pepper
- 70 g broth paste - CVR
- 300 g sauerkraut
- 800 g smoked pork with bone
- 75 g sour cabbage
- 10 g dried mushrooms
- 100 g Onion, raw
- 80 g Lard
- 300 g Potato, long stored
Method of cooking:
- Soak the dried mushrooms in 300 grams of boiling water. Squeeze the sauerkraut and chop into 3 cm sections. Peel the potatoes and cut into 3 cm cubes.
