Ingredients:

  • 1250 g water
  • 3 g ground black pepper
  • 70 g broth paste - CVR
  • 300 g sauerkraut
  • 800 g smoked pork with bone
  • 75 g sour cabbage
  • 10 g dried mushrooms
  • 100 g Onion, raw
  • 80 g Lard
  • 300 g Potato, long stored

Method of cooking:

  1. Soak the dried mushrooms in 300 grams of boiling water. Squeeze the sauerkraut and chop into 3 cm sections. Peel the potatoes and cut into 3 cm cubes.
