- 30 g olive oil
- 500 g wheat flour
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 5 g turmeric, ground
- 70 g cheese, parmesan, grated
- 500 g ricotta cheese
- 16 g garlic
- 8 g salt
- 80 g butter
- 300 g chicken eggs, whole
- 375 g spinach
Method of cooking:
- Stuffing recipe. Put the peeled garlic into a bowl and close with a cork lid. Chop for 10 seconds at 10 rotations.
