Ingredients:

  • 5 g salt
  • 70 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 170 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 1000 g Potato, long stored
  • 12 g potato starch

Method of cooking:

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into smaller pieces, place in a bowl. Grind for 2 minutes and 15 seconds at 12 rotation speed.
