Ingredients:
- 5 g salt
- 70 g chicken eggs, whole
- 170 g wheat flour, type 550
- 1000 g Potato, long stored
- 12 g potato starch
Method of cooking:
- Peel the potatoes, cut into smaller pieces, place in a bowl. Grind for 2 minutes and 15 seconds at 12 rotation speed.
