Ingredients:

  • 1200 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g allspice
  • 70 g broth paste - CVR
  • 1 g bay leaf
  • 20 g marjoram
  • 100 g heavy cream 30 %
  • 250 g pork sausage
  • 20 g horseradish
  • 6 g dried mushrooms
  • 120 g Onion, raw
  • 18 g garlic
  • 4 g salt
  • 240 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 100 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
  • 60 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 300 g Potato, long stored
  • 500 g Zakwas na żurek

Method of cooking:

  1. Peel the onion and garlic, cut them into small pieces and put them in a bowl. Close the bowl with the lid and measuring cup and chop for 10 seconds and speed 10. When finished, use a spatula to collect the chopped ingredients from the sides to the bottom of the bowl.
