Žurek - sour soup

Ingredients:
- 1200 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g allspice
- 70 g broth paste - CVR
- 1 g bay leaf
- 20 g marjoram
- 100 g heavy cream 30 %
- 250 g pork sausage
- 20 g horseradish
- 6 g dried mushrooms
- 120 g Onion, raw
- 18 g garlic
- 4 g salt
- 240 g chicken eggs, whole
- 100 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
- 60 g Oil, rapeseed
- 300 g Potato, long stored
- 500 g Zakwas na żurek
Method of cooking:
- Peel the onion and garlic, cut them into small pieces and put them in a bowl. Close the bowl with the lid and measuring cup and chop for 10 seconds and speed 10. When finished, use a spatula to collect the chopped ingredients from the sides to the bottom of the bowl.
