Slovak potato dumplings/bryndzové halušky
The most popular Slovak dish, is a combination of small potato dumplings, bryndza (sheep's cheese) and fried bacon.

Ingredients:
- 75 g milk (2%)
- 160 g bryndza - sheep milk cheese
- 5 g salt
- 70 g chicken eggs, whole
- 170 g wheat flour, type 550
- 200 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
- 50 g Oil, rapeseed
- 1000 g Potato, long stored
- 12 g potato starch
Method of cooking:
- Peel the potatoes, cut into smaller pieces, place in a bowl. Grind for 2 minutes and 15 seconds at speed 12.
