- 800 g pork tenderloin
- 200 g stewed bacon
- 150 g Onion, raw
- 14 g garlic
- 7 g salt
- 60 g Oil, rapeseed
- 1000 g Potato, long stored
Method of cooking:
- Remove the tenderloins from the fridge half an hour before cooking.
