Ingredients:
- 400 g water
- 50 g broth paste - CVR
- 700 g beef stripe
- 200 g Onion, raw
- 50 g butter
- 220 g Wine, red
- 70 g Oil, rapeseed
- 40 g Dark soy sauce
Method of cooking:
- Add 200 grams of previously peeled onion cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Chop for 3 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
