Ingredients:

  • 400 g water
  • 50 g broth paste - CVR
  • 700 g beef stripe
  • 200 g Onion, raw
  • 50 g butter
  • 220 g Wine, red
  • 70 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 40 g Dark soy sauce

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 200 grams of previously peeled onion cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Chop for 3 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
