- 1300 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 50 g broth paste - CVR
- 300 g Onion, raw
- 5 g salt
- 65 g chicken eggs, whole
- 700 g wheat flour, type 550
- 100 g Oil, rapeseed
- 500 g chicken stomach
- 750 g Turkey, thigh, without skin and bone
Method of cooking:
