  • 50 g broth paste - CVR
  • 300 g Onion, raw
  • 5 g salt
  • 65 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 700 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 100 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 500 g chicken stomach
  • 750 g Turkey, thigh, without skin and bone

Method of cooking:
