  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 10 g Dijon mustard
  • 10 g French mustard
  • 50 g extra virgin oil
  • 40 g vinegar
  • 4 g garlic
  • 3 g salt
  • 25 g lemon juice
  • 10 g honey
  • 180 g sunflower oil

Method of cooking:

  1. Add pepper and salt to the bowl. Grind for 10 seconds at 20 rotations.
