Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 10 g Dijon mustard
- 10 g French mustard
- 50 g extra virgin oil
- 40 g vinegar
- 4 g garlic
- 3 g salt
- 25 g lemon juice
- 10 g honey
- 180 g sunflower oil
Method of cooking:
- Add pepper and salt to the bowl. Grind for 10 seconds at 20 rotations.
