Ingredients:
- 15 g ground black pepper
- 2 g allspice
- 1 g bay leaf
- 10 g mushrooms
- 20 g lovage
- 450 g Onion, raw
- 20 g garlic
- 300 g Carrot
- 250 g salt
- 250 g leek
- 200 g Celery
- 150 g Oil, rapeseed
- 30 g Dill
- 100 g Celeriac
- 60 g parsley leaves
- 100 g parsley root
Method of cooking:
- Weigh 450 g of onions together with the peel. Place the onions on a chopping board.
