Ingredients:

  • 300 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g bay leaf
  • 100 g extra virgin oil
  • 120 g red wine
  • 6 g oregano
  • 1 g dried rosemary
  • 2 g granulated garlic
  • 10 g chili peppers
  • 800 g ground beef and pork
  • 1 g herb spices
  • 700 g canned tomato puree
  • 5 g fresh basil
  • 200 g Onion, raw
  • 6 g sugar
  • 24 g garlic
  • 150 g Carrot
  • 12 g salt
  • 100 g Celery

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 800 g of meat. Add 1,5 a teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of oregano, 1 teaspoon of herb spices, 1 teaspoon of black pepper and half a teaspoon of granulated garlic. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup and mix for 30 seconds at speed 6 reverse rotation.
