Ingredients:
- 300 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g bay leaf
- 100 g extra virgin oil
- 120 g red wine
- 6 g oregano
- 1 g dried rosemary
- 2 g granulated garlic
- 10 g chili peppers
- 800 g ground beef and pork
- 1 g herb spices
- 700 g canned tomato puree
- 5 g fresh basil
- 200 g Onion, raw
- 6 g sugar
- 24 g garlic
- 150 g Carrot
- 12 g salt
- 100 g Celery
Method of cooking:
- Add 800 g of meat. Add 1,5 a teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of oregano, 1 teaspoon of herb spices, 1 teaspoon of black pepper and half a teaspoon of granulated garlic. Close the bowl with a lid with a measuring cup and mix for 30 seconds at speed 6 reverse rotation.
