Ingredients:

  • 150 g water
  • 1 g bay leaf
  • 25 g chicken spices
  • 20 g soy sauce
  • 160 g red onion
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • 8 g ginger root
  • 10 g chili peppers
  • 480 g ready to bake tortillas
  • 80 g barbecue sauce
  • 50 g mixed salads
  • 24 g fried onion
  • 1200 g chicken leg meat without skin and bones
  • 150 g Onion, raw
  • 170 g Cucumber
  • 12 g garlic
  • 250 g tmato
  • 50 g Oil, rapeseed

Method of cooking:

  1. Cut the chicken into approximately 5 cm pieces and coat with the chicken seasoning. Marinate for at least 15 minutes. The longer the better. It is best if you marinate the chicken the day before.
