Ingredients:
- 150 g water
- 1 g bay leaf
- 25 g chicken spices
- 20 g soy sauce
- 160 g red onion
- 200 g mayonnaise
- 8 g ginger root
- 10 g chili peppers
- 480 g ready to bake tortillas
- 80 g barbecue sauce
- 50 g mixed salads
- 24 g fried onion
- 1200 g chicken leg meat without skin and bones
- 150 g Onion, raw
- 170 g Cucumber
- 12 g garlic
- 250 g tmato
- 50 g Oil, rapeseed
Method of cooking:
- Cut the chicken into approximately 5 cm pieces and coat with the chicken seasoning. Marinate for at least 15 minutes. The longer the better. It is best if you marinate the chicken the day before.
