Ingredients:
- 600 g water
- 2 g ground black pepper
- 60 g broth paste - CVR
- 800 g chicken breast
- 8 g fresh rosemary
- 200 g heavy cream 30 %
- 140 g Onion, raw
- 6 g salt
- 50 g butter
- 3 g lemon juice
- 500 g Cultivated mushroom, raw
- 70 g Oil, rapeseed
- 15 g Dill
- 15 g parsley leaves
- 45 g potato starch
Method of cooking:
- Cut the chicken breast into 2 cm pieces, season salt and rosemary and place in the fridge.
