Ingredients:

  • 600 g water
  • 2 g ground black pepper
  • 60 g broth paste - CVR
  • 800 g chicken breast
  • 8 g fresh rosemary
  • 200 g heavy cream 30 %
  • 140 g Onion, raw
  • 6 g salt
  • 50 g butter
  • 3 g lemon juice
  • 500 g Cultivated mushroom, raw
  • 70 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 15 g Dill
  • 15 g parsley leaves
  • 45 g potato starch

Method of cooking:

  1. Cut the chicken breast into 2 cm pieces, season salt and rosemary and place in the fridge.
