  • 1 g ground cinnamom
  • 6 g cumin seed
  • 2 g hot paprika powder
  • 700 g ground beef and pork
  • 1 g herb spices
  • 4 g wild garlic
  • 4 g smoked paprika
  • 12 g garlic
  • 21 g salt
  • 45 g butter
  • 750 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Add water, yeast, butter and flour to the bowl. Knead the dough for 4 minutes at speed 10 reverse rotation.
