- 610 g water
- 40 g coriander leaves
- 15 g yeast
- 1 g ground cinnamom
- 6 g cumin seed
- 2 g hot paprika powder
- 700 g ground beef and pork
- 1 g herb spices
- 4 g wild garlic
- 4 g smoked paprika
- 12 g garlic
- 21 g salt
- 45 g butter
- 750 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Add water, yeast, butter and flour to the bowl. Knead the dough for 4 minutes at speed 10 reverse rotation.
