Ingredients:

  • 100 g water
  • 1 g bay leaf
  • 25 g chicken spices
  • 25 g coriander leaves
  • 20 g soy sauce
  • 160 g red onion
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • 8 g ginger root
  • 10 g chili peppers
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 800 g pita bread
  • 160 g romaine lettuce
  • 150 g Onion, raw
  • 12 g garlic
  • 50 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 1200 g chichen thighs

Method of cooking:

  1. Cut the chicken into approximately 5 cm pieces and rub with chicken seasoning. Marinate for at least 15 minutes. The longer the better. It is best if you marinate the chicken the day before.
