Ingredients:
- 100 g water
- 1 g bay leaf
- 25 g chicken spices
- 25 g coriander leaves
- 20 g soy sauce
- 160 g red onion
- 200 g mayonnaise
- 8 g ginger root
- 10 g chili peppers
- 200 g feta cheese
- 800 g pita bread
- 160 g romaine lettuce
- 150 g Onion, raw
- 12 g garlic
- 50 g Oil, rapeseed
- 1200 g chichen thighs
Method of cooking:
- Cut the chicken into approximately 5 cm pieces and rub with chicken seasoning. Marinate for at least 15 minutes. The longer the better. It is best if you marinate the chicken the day before.
