Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 200 g cream 30 %
  • 140 g Onion, raw
  • 6 g salt
  • 500 g Cultivated mushroom, raw
  • 70 g clarified butter
  • 10 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl and weigh 500 grams of cleaned mushrooms, sliced into 0.5 cm pieces. Set the bowl aside.
