Ingredients:
- 1800 g water
- 6 g freshly ground pepper
- 1 g fresh mint
- 300 g Onion, raw
- 10 g salt
- 30 g butter
- 65 g chicken eggs, whole
- 300 g Buckwheat groats
- 100 g Oil, rapeseed
- 500 g Quark, fresh cheese, semi-fat
- 700 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Pour water into the bowl. Pour the grits into the basket, place the basket in the bowl so that the water in it slightly covers the grits. Cook for 20 min at a temperature of 105 degrees. Let it cool completely.
