Ingredients:
- 2200 g water
- 160 g broth paste - CVR
- 3 g freshly ground pepper
- 400 g sour cream 18%
- 800 g swiss chard
- 250 g Onion, raw
- 40 g sugar
- 12 g garlic
- 160 g Carrot
- 3 g salt
- 100 g butter
- 40 g lemon juice
- 70 g Dill
- 80 g Celeriac
- 80 g parsley root
- 500 g medium potatoes
Method of cooking:
- Put a bowl on the lid of the bowl and weigh out 800 grams of thoroughly washed chard. Cut off the beets, peel and cut into 1x1 cm cubes, cut the stems into 1 cm pieces. Move onto the second floor of the steamer. Cut the leaves into 1 cm strips and put them in another container.
