Ingredients:
- 200 g water
- 1 g freshly ground pepper
- 200 g heavy cream 30 %
- 200 g Onion, raw
- 9 g salt
- 50 g butter
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 400 g Cultivated mushroom, raw
- 300 g Potato, boiled
- 150 g Milk, 2.0% fat
- 80 g Oil, rapeseed
- 10 g parsley leaves
- 150 g Wheat rolls with whey
Method of cooking:
- Add 3 rolls cut into smaller pieces, chop for 20 s at speed 10. Transfer into the container.
