Ingredients:

  • 100 g lime
  • 70 g coriander leaves
  • 70 g sugar, brown
  • 60 g soy sauce
  • 80 g peanuts
  • 300 g rice noodles
  • 20 g ginger root
  • 20 g chili peppers
  • 400 g chicken fillet
  • 60 g fish sauce
  • 60 g tamarind paste
  • 20 g hot sriracha sauce
  • 250 g frozen mix of Chinese vegetables
  • 40 g onion spring
  • 12 g garlic
  • 100 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 110 g Oil, rapeseed

Method of cooking:

  1. Place the rice noodles in a bowl, pour cold water to cover them completely and leave them to soak for at least 20 minutes.
