Ingredients:

  • 1000 g water
  • 2 g ground black pepper
  • 90 g broth paste - CVR
  • 200 g cream 30 %
  • 1 g dried thyme
  • 200 g Onion, raw
  • 6 g salt
  • 500 g Cultivated mushroom, raw
  • 180 g Potato, long stored
  • 60 g clarified butter

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 60 g of ghee butter. Heat for 2 minutes at 100 degrees and speed 4.
