Ingredients:
- 1000 g water
- 2 g ground black pepper
- 90 g broth paste - CVR
- 200 g cream 30 %
- 1 g dried thyme
- 200 g Onion, raw
- 6 g salt
- 500 g Cultivated mushroom, raw
- 180 g Potato, long stored
- 60 g clarified butter
Method of cooking:
- Add 60 g of ghee butter. Heat for 2 minutes at 100 degrees and speed 4.
