  • 125 g raspberries
  • 60 g sugar
  • 300 g raspberries, frozen
  • 80 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 50 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 100 g Chocolate, white

Method of cooking:

  1. Add the raspberries and sugar in the bowl. Mix for 2 min at speed 20. It is best to rub the raspberry foam through a fine sieve. Transfer to another container.
