Lokše - thin pancakes made out of potato dough
Traditional Slovak lokše, prepared on the basis of mashed potatoes. Although their taste is dry, they are great when served sweet, mostly with poppy seed or walnut filling or with jam.

Ingredients:
- 250 g wheat flour
- 4 g Salt
- 1200 g potatoes
Method of cooking:
- Thoroughly clean 1200 grams of potatoes, if they are very large, cut them in half.
