"Halušky" are the most popular meal of Slovak cuisine. It is a combination of small potato gnocchi with different types of raw materials. With sour cabbage and roasted bacon taste great.

Ingredients:
- 200 g water
- 3 g marjoram
- 2 g freshly ground pepper
- 400 g sour cabbage
- 1 g ground cumin
- 180 g Onion, raw
- 6 g salt
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 170 g wheat flour, type 550
- 200 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
- 100 g Oil, rapeseed
- 1000 g Potato, long stored
- 10 g potato starch
Method of cooking:
- Add peeled and cut potatoes into the bowl. Grind for 2 min 15 s at speed 12.
