Ingredients:

  • 200 g water
  • 3 g marjoram
  • 2 g freshly ground pepper
  • 400 g sour cabbage
  • 1 g ground cumin
  • 180 g Onion, raw
  • 6 g salt
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 170 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 200 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
  • 100 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 1000 g Potato, long stored
  • 10 g potato starch

Method of cooking:

  1. Add peeled and cut potatoes into the bowl. Grind for 2 min 15 s at speed 12.
