Ingredients:
- 1500 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g allspice
- 70 g broth paste - CVR
- 1 g bay leaf
- 50 g celery
- 200 g sour cream 18%
- 40 g dried mushrooms
- 100 g pasta
- 120 g Onion, raw
- 5 g garlic
- 100 g Carrot
- 3 g salt
- 50 g butter
- 50 g sunflower oil
- 5 g parsley leaves
- 50 g parsley root
Method of cooking:
- Crush the mushrooms (40 g) into small pieces, pour 500 g of water and leave for at least 30 minutes.
