- 2 g marjoram
- 4 g coriander seeds
- 1 g juniper
- 40 g curing salt
- 40 g salt
- 20 g sugar
- 25 g garlic
Method of cooking:
- All dry ingredients add to the bowl and grind for 1 minute at speed 20.
