Ingredients:

  • 250 g water
  • 1 g freshly ground pepper
  • 100 g shallots
  • 70 g extra virgin oil
  • 150 g cream 30 %
  • 100 g cheese, parmesan, grated
  • 350 g asparagus
  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 20 g garlic
  • 3 g salt
  • 100 g spinach

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 100 g of cut Parmesan cheese. Chop for 30 s at speed 20. Transfer to a bowl.
