Ingredients:
- 250 g water
- 1 g freshly ground pepper
- 100 g shallots
- 70 g extra virgin oil
- 150 g cream 30 %
- 100 g cheese, parmesan, grated
- 350 g asparagus
- 500 g gnocchi
- 20 g garlic
- 3 g salt
- 100 g spinach
Method of cooking:
- Add 100 g of cut Parmesan cheese. Chop for 30 s at speed 20. Transfer to a bowl.
