Ingredients:
- 120 g wheat flour
- 200 g sugar, brown
- 10 g vinegar
- 500 g mascarpone
- 1 g baking powder
- 300 g white chocolate
- 80 g powdered sugar
- 40 g almond flakes
- 500 g cream 36%
- 250 g coconut liqueur
- 15 g lime juice
- 1 g salt
- 325 g chicken eggs, whole
- 500 g condensed coconut milk
- 170 g Shredded coconut meat, dried
Method of cooking:
- Put 120 g of desiccated coconut on a baking sheet and bake at 170 degrees with air circulation for 7 minutes. Remove and transfer to a bowl (preferably a metal one for quick cooling).
