Ingredients:

  • 120 g wheat flour
  • 200 g sugar, brown
  • 10 g vinegar
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 1 g baking powder
  • 300 g white chocolate
  • 80 g powdered sugar
  • 40 g almond flakes
  • 500 g cream 36%
  • 250 g coconut liqueur
  • 15 g lime juice
  • 1 g salt
  • 325 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 500 g condensed coconut milk
  • 170 g Shredded coconut meat, dried

Method of cooking:

  1. Put 120 g of desiccated coconut on a baking sheet and bake at 170 degrees with air circulation for 7 minutes. Remove and transfer to a bowl (preferably a metal one for quick cooling).
