Thai variety of chicken curry prepared on the basis of coconut milk. Green curry paste, which contains green chilies, galangal, camphor lime and lemon grass, gives the fresh taste.

Ingredients:
- 700 g water
- 300 g pepper
- 180 g lime
- 50 g coriander leaves
- 45 g sugar, brown
- 100 g shallots
- 25 g ginger root
- 160 g green curry pasta
- 225 g green beans
- 300 g Pineapple
- 300 g Squash-summer, raw
- 15 g garlic
- 19 g salt
- 1000 g condensed coconut milk
- 70 g Oil, rapeseed
- 1000 g chichen thighs
Method of cooking:
- Cut the chicken into 3-4 cm pieces, add 80 g of green curry paste, 1 teaspoon of salt, mix and leave to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
