Ingredients:

  • 700 g water
  • 300 g pepper
  • 180 g lime
  • 50 g coriander leaves
  • 45 g sugar, brown
  • 100 g shallots
  • 25 g ginger root
  • 160 g green curry pasta
  • 225 g green beans
  • 300 g Pineapple
  • 300 g Squash-summer, raw
  • 15 g garlic
  • 19 g salt
  • 1000 g condensed coconut milk
  • 70 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 1000 g chichen thighs

Method of cooking:

  1. Cut the chicken into 3-4 cm pieces, add 80 g of green curry paste, 1 teaspoon of salt, mix and leave to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
