Extremely sweet, butter and cinnamon cake with Swedish origin. It is traditionally prepared as a "sourdough cake". It is best enjoyed on a sunny winter morning with strong black coffee.

Ingredients:

  • 120 g sugar, brown
  • 30 g ground cinnamom
  • 60 g seedless raisins
  • 30 g vanilla sugar
  • 1 g salt
  • 200 g butter
  • 20 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 300 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 25 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 20 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 470 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 60 g of light sultanas. Mix for 30 seconds at speed 20.
