Extremely sweet, butter and cinnamon cake with Swedish origin. It is traditionally prepared as a "sourdough cake". It is best enjoyed on a sunny winter morning with strong black coffee.

Ingredients:
- 120 g sugar, brown
- 30 g ground cinnamom
- 60 g seedless raisins
- 30 g vanilla sugar
- 1 g salt
- 200 g butter
- 20 g chicken eggs, yolk
- 300 g Milk, 2.0% fat
- 25 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 20 g Oil, rapeseed
- 470 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Add 60 g of light sultanas. Mix for 30 seconds at speed 20.
