Ingredients:

  • 1000 g water
  • 120 g broth paste - CVR
  • 6 g marjoram
  • 1 g freshly ground pepper
  • 500 g white beans
  • 4 g sweet paprika
  • 4 g hot paprika powder
  • 200 g brittle smoked sausage
  • 1 g herbs
  • 1 g bay leaves
  • 250 g Onion, raw
  • 30 g garlic
  • 100 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
  • 40 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 800 g canned tomatoes (sliced)

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 1000 g of soaked beans and pour it with 1000 g of water. Cook for 1 hour without a speed at 105 degrees.
