Ingredients:
- 1000 g water
- 120 g broth paste - CVR
- 6 g marjoram
- 1 g freshly ground pepper
- 500 g white beans
- 4 g sweet paprika
- 4 g hot paprika powder
- 200 g brittle smoked sausage
- 1 g herbs
- 1 g bay leaves
- 250 g Onion, raw
- 30 g garlic
- 100 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
- 40 g Oil, rapeseed
- 800 g canned tomatoes (sliced)
Method of cooking:
- Add 1000 g of soaked beans and pour it with 1000 g of water. Cook for 1 hour without a speed at 105 degrees.
