Ingredients:

  • 600 g water
  • 600 g sweet pepper
  • 4 g hot paprika powder
  • 8 g herb spices
  • 3 g smoked paprika
  • 1 g bay leaves
  • 40 g sweet paprika
  • 3 g ground coriander
  • 3 g ground cumin
  • 250 g Onion, raw
  • 80 g Lard
  • 20 g salt
  • 100 g Wine, red
  • 1200 g Pork, shoulder
  • 15 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 400 g Cultivated mushroom, raw
  • 50 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 2 g potato starch

Method of cooking:

  1. Clean the meat from excess fat and hard parts, cut into cubes with a diameter of 4 cm and marinate in spices and whole bay leaves with onion cut into eighths and oil. Mix and leave to marinate for at least 2 hours, but preferably 48 hours.
