  • 500 g ground turkey
  • 130 g Onion, raw
  • 20 g garlic
  • 50 g butter
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 60 g white dry wine
  • 110 g milk, 2% fat
  • 300 g leek
  • 100 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 50 g potato starch

Method of cooking:

  1. Weigh out 130 g of onion and 2 peeled cloves of garlic and grind for 10 s at speed 10.
