Ingredients:
- 350 g water
- 45 g broth paste - CVR
- 200 g sweet pepper
- 1 g freshly ground pepper
- 2 g hot paprika powder
- 14 g sweet paprika
- 220 g Onion, raw
- 15 g sugar
- 3 g salt
- 50 g butter
- 600 g Beef, tenderloin
- 30 g wheat flour, type 550
- 300 g Cultivated mushroom, raw
- 20 g Oil, rapeseed
- 25 g tomato paste 30%, canned
- 100 g tomato passata
- 150 g Cucumber, pickled
Method of cooking:
- Add 50 grams of butter cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Melt for 1 minute and 30 seconds at 100°C at a speed of 1 rotation.
