Ingredients:

  • 350 g water
  • 45 g broth paste - CVR
  • 200 g sweet pepper
  • 1 g freshly ground pepper
  • 2 g hot paprika powder
  • 14 g sweet paprika
  • 220 g Onion, raw
  • 15 g sugar
  • 3 g salt
  • 50 g butter
  • 600 g Beef, tenderloin
  • 30 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 300 g Cultivated mushroom, raw
  • 20 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 25 g tomato paste 30%, canned
  • 100 g tomato passata
  • 150 g Cucumber, pickled

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 50 grams of butter cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Melt for 1 minute and 30 seconds at 100°C at a speed of 1 rotation.
