- 1500 g beef goat
- 200 g Onion, raw
- 30 g garlic
- 100 g Carrot
- 6 g salt
- 100 g Celery
- 150 g Oil, olive
- 100 g parsley root
- 20 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Remove the beef leg from the refrigerator half an hour before cooking. Place a container on the bowl with a lid and weigh 1500 grams of beef.
