  • 200 g Onion, raw
  • 30 g garlic
  • 100 g Carrot
  • 6 g salt
  • 100 g Celery
  • 150 g Oil, olive
  • 100 g parsley root
  • 20 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Remove the beef leg from the refrigerator half an hour before cooking. Place a container on the bowl with a lid and weigh 1500 grams of beef.
