Ingredients:
- 2 g freshly ground pepper
- 100 g shallots
- 330 g cream 30 %
- 100 g grana padano cheese
- 500 g chicken fillet
- 500 g gnocchi
- 200 g Squash-summer, raw
- 20 g garlic
- 12 g salt
- 150 g white dry wine
- 100 g spinach
- 90 g Oil, rapeseed
- 120 g Peas green, frozen
Method of cooking:
- Cut the 500 g of chicken meat into 1,5 cm cubes, season with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
