Ingredients:

  • 2 g freshly ground pepper
  • 100 g shallots
  • 330 g cream 30 %
  • 100 g grana padano cheese
  • 500 g chicken fillet
  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 200 g Squash-summer, raw
  • 20 g garlic
  • 12 g salt
  • 150 g white dry wine
  • 100 g spinach
  • 90 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 120 g Peas green, frozen

Method of cooking:

  1. Cut the 500 g of chicken meat into 1,5 cm cubes, season with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
