Ingredients:
- 500 g water
- 1 g bay leaf
- 36 g hot chili pepper
- 400 g sweet pepper
- 300 g red onion
- 1 g freshly ground pepper
- 1 g ground cinnamom
- 6 g cumin seed
- 2 g oregano
- 8 g sweet paprika
- 2 g coriander seeds
- 4 g smoked paprika
- 2 g cayenne pepper
- 800 g ground beef
- 500 g canned red beans
- 20 g garlic
- 12 g salt
- 300 g canned corn
- 80 g Oil, olive
- 20 g Oil, rapeseed
- 60 g tomato paste 30%, canned
- 800 g canned tomatoes (sliced)
Method of cooking:
- Frying can be skipped. Fry 800 g of beef in a hot pan with 2 tablespoons of oil until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes. At the end of frying, season with 2 teaspoons of salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper.
