Ingredients:

  • 900 g water
  • 70 g broth paste - CVR
  • 2 g bay leaf
  • 10 g hot chili pepper
  • 100 g shallots
  • 90 g extra virgin oil
  • 600 g canned tomato puree
  • 5 g fresh basil
  • 350 g grey shrimp
  • 700 g dorade grise
  • 15 g garlic
  • 100 g Carrot
  • 150 g white dry wine
  • 100 g Celeriac
  • 5 g parsley leaves

Method of cooking:

  1. Put 100 g of cut and peeled shallots, 3 peeled cloves of garlic and half a chili pepper without seeds. Chop for 10 seconds at speed 10.
