Ingredients:
- 900 g water
- 70 g broth paste - CVR
- 2 g bay leaf
- 10 g hot chili pepper
- 100 g shallots
- 90 g extra virgin oil
- 600 g canned tomato puree
- 5 g fresh basil
- 350 g grey shrimp
- 700 g dorade grise
- 15 g garlic
- 100 g Carrot
- 150 g white dry wine
- 100 g Celeriac
- 5 g parsley leaves
Method of cooking:
- Put 100 g of cut and peeled shallots, 3 peeled cloves of garlic and half a chili pepper without seeds. Chop for 10 seconds at speed 10.
