Ingredients:
- 1000 g water
- 0 g ground black pepper
- 30 g broth paste - CVR
- 20 g soy sauce
- 20 g Dijon mustard
- 200 g cream 30 %
- 200 g bulgur
- 1 g granulated garlic
- 10 g horseradish
- 4 g dried thyme
- 4 g sweet paprika
- 1000 g fillet of turkey
- 170 g Onion, raw
- 10 g garlic
- 200 g Carrot
- 2 g salt
- 200 g Cauliflower
- 50 g Oil, rapeseed
- 20 g Dill
- 60 g potato starch
- 200 g Peas green, frozen
Method of cooking:
- Put 1st layer of the steam pot on the lid of the bowl and weigh turkey meat. Add oil, soya sauce, thyme, pepper, granulated garlic, salt and pinch of black pepper. Cover the entire meat with the marinade and put it in the refrigerator.
